Shiatsu Practitioner Training

Are you interested in becoming a shiatsu practitioner?

I am currently working with Zen Shiatsu Chicago to bring shiatsu professional practitioner training to Montana.

Our aim is to make  it easier for students in the North West to train in shiatsu, whilst also having access to a wide range of teachers and a well established fully accredited Shiatsu School.

You can check out Zen Shiatsu Chicago here.

Additional information for Missoula class students is here.

In Chicago teaching takes place over a series of weekends, where you will learn shiatsu theory and technique. Here you will benefit from a range of teachers and a larger community of shiatsu students. In Missoula you will practice at a weekly supervised shiatsu clinic which is open to the public. Working at the Missoula clinic means you will have local teacher and student support. It also introduces you to a local community of clients who are interested in receiving shiatsu. The additional course requirements of practice hours and tutorials can also take place in Missoula or Chicago.

Breaking up the course in this way reduces travel time and expense and provides local support for students in or around Missoula.

We would love shiatsu training to be available and accessible to anyone who feels drawn to this practice. With this in mind, the course is open to everyone. We also want to recognise that you might already have relevant qualifications. So if you have previous training in bodywork or healthcare, let us know and we will credit this where appropriate, towards your final qualification.

If this sounds interesting to you, and you would like to talk it through please feel free to reach out to me or contact Steve Rogne in Chicago. Steve is the head teacher of the school and will set up a time to talk to you.
